Patricia “Tricia” Thornton is co-founder of the Sarcoma Foundation of America (SFA) and serves as treasurer of the board of directors. She recently retired from the Naval Medical Research Center where she worked as a medical editor. Thornton resides in Damascus, Maryland with her husband Mark and their two sons and volunteers her time in various capacities at the SFA headquarters.
