Howard T. Spencer, Jr., husband of Fundraising Director Norine Spencer, lost his battle to heart disease on November 10, 2011.
Message from Norine:
I wanted to first off thank everyone for their kind words and especially their prayers during these last 2 months. Howie was a very special man. He had his first heart attack in 1991 and now after being blessed with 20 more years, he is an angel. He is going to guard my heart as well as our boys (Jason, Chase and Grant).
Monday, November 14 we will be having viewing from 5-9 at Brownlie-Maxwell Funeral Home, 1010 East Palmetto Avenue, Melbourne, Florida
Tuesday, November 15 there will be a mass at 11:30 at Ascension Catholic Church, Melbourne, Florida
We are going to bury Howie in Long Island.
Friday, November 18, we will be having viewing from 2-4 and 6-9 at Bryant Funeral Home, 411 Old Towne Road, Setauket, New York 11733
Saturday, November 19 we will be having a service at 11:00 at Bethel AME Church, 33 Christian Avenue, East Setauket, New York 11733
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Sarcoma Foundation of America www.curesarcoma.org or a non-profit of your choice. Howie was always so happy to go to events that I planned at the SFA and cancer has touched his family in so many ways.
