Infinity Pharmaceuticals activated a global, randomized, phase 2, double-blind trial of IPI-926 in patients with advanced chondrosarcoma. This ongoing trial will determine the safety and activity of IPI-926 compared to placebo in patients with metastatic or locally advanced conventional chondrosarcoma, in whom surgery is no longer an option. To be eligible, participants must be at least 18 years of age, have conventional chondrosarcoma and have experienced progression of their disease within 6 months prior to enrollment.
