Pharmatech, Inc. is managing a clinical trial sponsored by Systems Medicine, LLC. The trial is a Phase 2 open-label clinical study of an experimental drug called Brostallicin, for the treatment of patients with myxoid liposarcoma with a (12;16) translocation. The cancer must be metastatic or unresectable and standard curative or palliative measures do not exist or are not effective. Patients with myxoid liposarcoma may wish to discuss the Brostallicin trial with their doctors to see if it may be right for them.
