Anne Lind

Anne passed away peacefully on January 11, 2018, after a long and courageous battle with leiomyosarcoma. Anne was the beloved wife of Richard McAfee; dear mother of John and Sarah McAfee; daughter of Nita Lind; sister of Mary, Carl, Mark, Steven, and Erik Lind; aunt, colleague, and friend to many. She was preceded in death by her father, John Lind.

Dr. Lind was a retired Associate Professor of Pathology at Washington University School of Medicine in Saint Louis, where she received numerous teaching awards. She was a lifelong music lover and pianist.
