Dipa Patel

Our Mom, Dipa Patel was diagnosed with Stage IV Leiomyosarcoma (LMS) in the fall of 2020. Even after countless chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgeries she never gave up hope or determination, fighting till the very end. Unfortunately, our beautiful mom passed away on September 19th, 2021 at the age of 47.

She was as beautiful inside as she was on the outside. She was a compassionate listener, our best friend and guide. Our mother was intelligent, graceful, and poised. She was an AMAZING mother, wife, daughter, sister and aunt.
She will be missed forever by her husband, us (daughter and son), parents, sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews.

LMS is extremely rare and needs more research, better diagnosis and more awareness. Our family hopes these donations can help to fund research and hopefully find a cure for Leiomyosarcoma!
