2016 Pittsburgh CureSarcoma Golf Outing
October 2, 2016
Join Carbi-Tech, Inc. and Rhett and Carol Crooks at the prestigious Mystic Rock golf course at the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort on Sunday, October 2nd as they host their 4th annual Golf Outing. Mystic Rock has been rated by Golf digest as one of the top 100 public courses in America (#60) by Golf Digest. Don’t miss this chance to be a part of a great fundraising event, along with the opportunity to play one of the truly great courses designed by legendary Pete Dye.
As the community host, Carbi-Tech, Inc. and Rhett and Carol Crooks proudly support the Sarcoma Foundation of America and the Pittsburgh Cure Sarcoma chapter. Carbi-Tech, Inc. and Rhett and Carol Crooks formed this golf outing with the purpose of raising awareness and funds for the research of sarcoma, a deadly and very inconspicuous cancer.
Sarcomas, which are cancers of the connective tissue, attack approximately 15,000 individuals each year. Sarcomas represent 1% of all cancers but 15% – 20% percent of all childhood cancers. Each year, approximately 6,000 people die of sarcoma.
Along with our valued partners, we hope that you can join us in this battle with either your financial support as a sponsor–on any level–or by simply becoming involved with our event to help support our researchers. Together, we can work to find a cure and raise awareness for sarcoma.
