Affectionately known as “Jeaux Jeaux” to her grandchildren and close friends. She was born April 21, 1956, and passed away on February 26, 2015, at 4:40 p.m., at her home in Brusly after a lengthy battle with cancer. She married her husband, Kim in 1975 and celebrated her 39th wedding anniversary in 2014. Visiting will be on Monday, March 2nd, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Brusly from 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m., celebrated by Rev. Matt Lorrain. Entombment to follow in the church Mausoleum. She is survived by mother, Margaret Hebert Sarradet Acosta; her loving husband, Kim; son, Brian LeMoine and fiancé Rishma Pradhan; two daughters, Michelle Slayton and husband Joshua, and Marissa Cisneros and husband Erlys; her grandchildren, Brody and Brendan Slayton and Sophia and Easton Cisneros; granddog, Nixon; sisters, Stacie Coffey and husband Frank, Christine Hebert and husband Owen; brother, Stephen Sarradet and wife Michele; step-brother, Thomas Acosta and wife Mary. She was preceded in death by father, John L. Sarradet; step-father, Thomas “Bobbie” Acosta; granddaughter, Brinley Slayton; paternal grandparents, Fernand and Anita Dupuy Sarradet and maternal grandparents, James and Pansy Percle Hebert.
