Winifred Rathod

Mrs. Winifred Rathod was born on April 28, 1971, to Mr. Moses Parmar and Mrs. Praful Parmar in Dahod, Gujarat, India. She was the eldest of three children and was a loving sister to Vanessa and Eugene. She obtained her BSC in Chemistry and a diploma in Pathological Laboratory. On January 28, 1998, she married Mr. Mitesh Josephbhai Rathod. She spent ten years of her family life in Baroda, Gujarat, India, where she had her two daughters Stuti Rathod in 1999 and Krupa Rathod in 2005. In June of 2008, she moved with her family to the United States. She was actively involved in pursuing her career in Staten Island.

In April 2011, she was diagnosed with cancer and was actively treating it for the past three and half years. Winifred was an amazing daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend to all that knew her. Her pride and joy were with her children and despite her illness she was foremost an incredible mother. Her insurmountable strength and faith in the Lord carried her thus fair in her journey in this world. Her memories with her family and friends will be cherished forever.
