Patricia “Patty” Holbrook

Patricia “Patty” (Murphy) Holbrook, Age 61, of West Roxbury, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 21, 2017, after an eighteen-month battle with cancer. She was at her home in West Roxbury.

Patty grew up in Oak Square, Brighton. She is survived by her husband, William, son, John and daughter, Julie, as well as countless aunts, uncles, cousins, extended-family and friends. Patty proudly taught in the Boston Public Schools for nearly 35 years, touching the lives of thousands of children from across the city. She also enjoyed summers at Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Sarcoma Foundation of America.
