In 2010, Jonathan Yip was diagnosed with osteosarcoma after returning from a carefree summer in China. Taking time off from his studies at Harvard, Jonathan underwent chemotherapy and surgery over the course of the next 10 months. Bonnie Newman was 19 years old when she was diagnosed with cancer for the first time.
