Public Policy Issues that SFA Supports
SFA has joined 99 rare disease health organizations and NORD in signing a letter urging the resumption of Congressional negotiations to develop a comprehensive FDA user fee package. This legislation would accelerate the FDA’s ability to review critical products to treat patients fighting serious conditions including sarcoma.
SFA joined ASCO’s and Alliance for Childhood Cancer’s endorsement letters in support of the Clinical Treatment Act. A bipartisan bill to expand access to clinical trials.
