Denise Creek

Denise was taken on July 30, 2023, after an 8-month fight with a lipo Sarcoma. Denise dedicated her entire life to caring for people. She was in the nursing field for over 41 years reaching the Advanced Registered Nurse Practioner-Family practice (ARNP) designation. She was a highly proficient, consummate professional, extremely brilliant and a truly loved nurse by her patients. She was a true civil servant and a proud patriot, serving for 8 years in U.S. Army Nurse Corps and then later in the US Air Force Nurse Corps as a combat nurse. She will be missed by her friends, family and all who knew her.
