Patrick Buchanan

With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend.  Patrick succumbed to his 2+ year fight against cancer on February 17, 2018 (diagnosed with high grade pleomorphic sarcoma).  He was so brave and relentless in his pursuit of beating this disease. All of us have been astonished by his resolve, grit, and fight for life. His courage and determination will NEVER be forgotten. 

In lieu of flowers, you can make donations in Patrick’s name to the Sarcoma Foundation of America for Sarcoma research, treatment, patient resources and education.
