Elodie Espesset

Dear friends,

Our beloved Elodie Espesset departed this stage of existence in the early morning of Tuesday, February 6th, 2018.

Elodie was born in South France and came to United States in 1998.  She leaves behind her devoted husband Oleg, son Alandis, mother Odile, father Jean, sister Aude, brother Hugues.

Elodie earned Master’s degree from National Graduate School of Engineering & Research Center, located in Caen (France).

She was working for Horiba Jobin Yvon Inc. in Edison, NJ, as engineer and supervisor.  In 2003, after her initial diagnosis, Elodie had undergone over multiple recurrences of synovial sarcoma.

She fought the disease with grace and dignity, without compromising her quality of life and pursuit of happiness, for herself and for the ones she loved.  Elodie’s strong willpower, energetic personality, and beautiful smile will be missed by all who knew her.

A funeral ceremony is planned for Tuesday, February 13th, at Franklin Memorial Park
